Reports on JM Connect
Reports on JM Connect allow Managers to have quick access to various information about employees and locations.
Manager Timecard
The Timecard report on JM Connect shows employee time punches. This report can be filtered in many different ways, including Customer, Employee, Payroll cycle, and more.
The report will show data for the most recent payroll cycle by default.
- On JM Connect, select the Timecard icon.
- Employee time punches will be visible. To see where an employee was when they made the time punch, select the Map icon.
- To filter the report, select the Magnifying Glass icon.
Location Coverage Status Report
The Location Coverage Status Report is broken down by Customer and Location and shows how many employees clocked in versus how many employees were scheduled between a set window of time.
- On JM Connect, select the Reports icon.
- Select Location Coverage Status. Managers will only see information for the Locations they are Trained on.
- The Customer and Location names are listed on the left.
- Window is the span of time that employees work at this Locations. It is generally the earliest time employees could be scheduled at the Location to the latest time an employee would leave. The Location Window can be set on the Location Maintenance page.
- Actual is the number of employees who clocked in within the Window.
- Scheduled is the number of employees who have schedules within the Window.
- The percentage on the right indicates how many employees clocked in versus how many were scheduled. A red percentage means that no scheduled employees clocked in, yellow means that some scheduled employees clocked in, and green means that all scheduled employees clocked in.
- Selecting the Magnifying Glass shows filter options.
The report can be filtered by Customer and Location. Display allows you to adjust how much information is shown at a time.
