My Schedule on JM Connect shows published shifts assigned to the logged-in employee. Each schedule includes:
Day View shows today's shifts, Week View shows the next 7 days. |
Schedule Notifications
Employees receive push notifications when their schedules are published, edited, deleted, or are about to start. Notifications appear under the Bell icon in JM Connect.
Managers may also receive Late-in/Early-out and No Coverage alerts based on the schedule and account settings. The notifications appear on the Alerts icon in JM Connect.
FAQ
Question: Can employees see who they work with on the same shift?
Answer: No, employees cannot see who else they work with on the My Schedule screen.
Question: I added a schedule for my employee. Why can't they see it on JM Connect?
Answer: Employees can view published schedules. Draft schedules are not visible to employees on the My Schedule screen.
