Schedule Dashboards
Schedules can be viewed on various dashboards from the web portal.

Manage Schedule
Manage Schedule is used to add, edit, and delete schedules. It can also be used to view schedule details.
- On the web, go to Customers > Manage Schedule.

Location - The schedule's location.
- Punched - This tag will appear if the assigned employee has clocked into the scheduled shift.
- Employee - The employee assigned to the shift.
- Schedule Start & End - The schedule's start and end time.
- Actual Start & End - The actual time the employee clocked in and out for the schedule.
- Type - Individual, team, or open.
- Flat Rate - The flat rate associated with the schedule, if specified.

Location - The schedule's location.
In the Actions column, selecting the Eye icon will show schedule details.
Recurring Schedule Report
This report shows a list of recurring schedules by day of the week.
- On the web, go to Customers > Manage Schedule.
- Select the Recurring Report tab.
Employee Schedule Dashboard
The Employee Schedule Dashboard shows published and unpublished schedules by employee. It can be viewed by day, week, or month.
- On the web, go to Dashboard > Employee Schedule Dashboard.
- Show Unscheduled Employees - Shows employees with 0 hours scheduled during the date range.
- Export to PDF - Exports employee schedules to PDF. Employees are divided by page breaks.
The color of the schedule is based on the location's color.
To edit location colors:
- On the web, go to Customers > Manage Locations.
- Select the Edit Pencil in the Actions column.
- Under General Information, select Color.
- Choose a color or enter a hex code, then select Apply.
- Save the page to confirm changes.
Client Schedule Dashboard
The Client Schedule Dashboard shows published and unpublished schedules by location. It can be viewed by day, week, or month.
- On the web, go to Dashboard > Client Schedule Dashboard.
- Show Unscheduled Locations - Shows locations with 0 hours scheduled during the date range.
- Export to PDF - Exports schedules to PDF. Locations are divided by page breaks.
The color of the schedule is based on the employee's color.
To edit employee colors:
- On the web, go to Employees > Manage Employees.
- Select the Edit Pencil in the Actions column.
- Under General Information, select Color.
- Choose a color or enter a hex code, then select Apply.

Editing Schedules from the Dashboard
Unpunched schedules can be edited directly from the Employee or Client Schedule Dashboards.
- On the web, go to Dashboard > Employee or Client Schedule Dashboard.
- Click on a schedule, then edit any information.
- Select Publish to update the schedule.
- If the Publish button is not present, the assigned employee has already clocked into the schedule.
Viewing Unpublished Schedules
Unpublished schedules are not visible to users on JM Connect and do not generate alerts or notifications. These schedules are tagged on the Employee and Client Schedule Dashboards.
Viewing Open Schedules
Unclaimed open schedules are labeled as Open Scheduled on the Client Schedule Dashboard.
