Company logos personalize your account and adds a professional touch unique to your business.
Adding Company Logos
Company logos are visible to all account users.
- Go to Gear Icon > Manage Account.
- Click the Logo tab.
- Click Upload file... and choose a compatible image.
Web Portal Logo
This logo appears on the web portal, some customer-facing reports (such as the Quality Check and Work Order Summaries), and the Customer Portal.
PNG and JPG file types are supported. Recommended size: 150 x 150px or smaller.
JM Connect Logo
This logo appears on JM Connect after users have logged in.
PNG and JPG file types are supported. Recommended size: 24 x 24px or smaller.
Area QR Code Logo
This logo appears on Area QR codes for Employee and Location Scan. Click here to learn more about branding QR codes.
This logo does not apply to Equipment or File Storage QR codes.
JPG file type is supported. Recommended size: 650 x 650px or smaller.
Removing Logos
Uploaded JM Connect and Area QR Code logos can be removed.
- Go to Gear Icon > Manage Account.
- Click the Logo tab.
- Under the appropriate section, click Remove Logo.
- If JM Connect logo was removed, mobile users may need to close and reopen the app.
- Area created before the Area QR logo was removed will not be affected.
FAQ
Question: I uploaded a compatible file for my web portal logo. Why don't I see it?
Answer: If you don't see your uploaded logo right away, try clearing your browser cache or relogging into your account.
Question: Can I choose which logo a client sees in Customer Portal?
Answer: No, all clients see the same logo in Customer Portal.
Question: I added an Area logo, why don't I see it on some QRs?
Answer: The logo will only apply to areas created after the logo was uploaded.
