Enterprise Management allows franchisors to connect individual JM accounts to a central, enterprise-level (“master”) account. The master account can be used to manage, monitor, and modify connected accounts.
Adding Levels
Levels define the vertical tiers of your organization. Examples of levels may include corporate, region, and franchise.
Depth indicates the level's tier or order within the hierarchy, '1' being the top.
To add levels:
- Go to Enterprise > Configure.
- Open the Levels subtab.
- Type the level name in the input field.
- Click Save Next Level to confirm.
Editing & Deleting Levels
Editing Levels
- On the Levels subtab, click the Edit Pencil in the Actions column.
- Edit the level name.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
Deleting Levels
Levels with existing connections cannot be deleted. Deleted levels cannot be recovered.
- On the Levels subtab, click the X button in the Actions column.
- Confirm the prompt to permanently delete the level.
Adding Connections
Connected JM accounts are added to levels. Existing Janitorial Manager accounts must be invited as a connection.
To add new connections:
- Go to Enterprise > Configure.
- Open the Connections subtab.
- Click + Add Connection.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Level - Company's organizational tier.
- Reports to - An existing connection from the tier above.
- Name - The connection name, only visible within the Enterprise Management system.
- Method - Send Invite.
- Click Save.
Send Invite Method
When this method is selected, you must enter the invitee's email address and username.
The will be prompted to accept or decline the Enterprise invite when they log into the web portal.

Cancelling Invitations
Pending invitations can be cancelled.
- Go to Enterprise > Configure.
- Open the Connections subtab.
- Click the Edit button in the Actions column for a connection in the Invitation Pending status.
- Click Cancel Invitation and confirm the prompt to revoke the invite.
- The connection status will change to Invitation Cancelled.
Disconnecting Accounts
Accounts can be disconnected if they are no longer part of the organization.
Disconnected companies cannot be mapped to. They can be reconnected without resending an invite.
- Go to Enterprise > Configure.
- Open the Connections subtab.
- Click the Edit button in the Actions column on a Connected company.
- Click Disconnect.
- The disconnected account is not alerted.

Question: How can I confirm who a connection invite was sent to?
Answer: On Enterprise > Configure > Connections, click the Gear icon in the actions column on a connection to view the invitee's email address and username.
