Mapping to Connections
Mapping to a connection allows the user to view and manage the account.
- Go to Enterprise > View Connections.
- Click on a connection to enter the account. The banner at the top of the screen will state the account name.
- Click the banner to exit the account and return to Enterprise Management.
Enterprise Users
Mapping to an account for the first time will create an Enterprise User in the connected instance. Users in the connected instance can see that person's name, status, job class, and employee ID.
Enterprise Users in connected accounts cannot be edited.
To view Enterprise Users within a connection:
- Go to Employees > Manage Employees.
- Enable the Show Enterprise Users checkbox.
- Enterprise users will also be tagged.
- Enterprise users will also be tagged.
If an Enterprise user changes an object (e.g., quality check, time punch, schedule, etc.) within a connection, their name will visible on Audit Log reports.
Reports
The following reports are accessible within the Enterprise account.
Reports > Enterprise > Quality Check Overview
This report shows quality checks scheduled within the date range across all connected companies.
Click Print Quality Check in the Actions column to view comments and images.
