Account Dashboard
The account Dashboard allows users to see bookmarks, recently visited pages, most visited pages, and basic account stats at a glance.
Accessing the Dashboard
The Dashboard can be accessed by clicking the account's company logo in the top-left corner of the screen.
Dashboard Sections
User Information
The leftmost panel shows the user's profile picture, their hire date, and primary job class.
Customers, Locations, and Employees
This section shows basic stats on new customers, locations, and employees that were added, existed, or were deactivated within a time frame.
Selecting the dropdown allows users to change the time frame between the last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 12 months, or all time.
System Updates
The system updates section shows any updates available to Janitorial Manager or JM Connect.
Bookmarks
Shows links to the user's bookmarked pages. Click here to learn how to bookmark pages.
Most Visited
Show links to the user's most visited pages.
Last Visited
Show links to the user's recently visited pages.
Adding Employee Picture
An employee's picture will be visible when viewing their own dashboard.
To add an employee picture:
- Navigate to Employees > Manage Employees.
- Select the Edit Pencil in the Actions column for the desired employee.
- Under Employee Picture, upload an image using a supported format (PNG, JPG, or GIF). The minimum recommended size is 200 x 200 pixels.
- Save the page to confirm changes.
- The employee picture will now be visible on the dashboard for that employee.
Bookmarking Pages
Bookmarked pages appear on the dashboard. Bookmarking pages help users quickly navigate to screens that are important to their workflow.
To bookmark a page:
- Navigate to the page that you'd like to bookmark.
- Select the Bookmark icon to the left of the Gear icon.
- When a page has been bookmarked, the icon will become yellow.
- The bookmarked page will then appear under the Bookmarks section of the Dashboard.
