This will likely be the account owner set up as an employee. Once an existing employee is mapped, click the Merge button to merge all remaining data from QuickBooks into Janitorial Manager.
Reauthorizing After Token Expiration
Every so often, Quickbooks may require you to reauthorize your account. If this happens, you will see a message that says Token Expired and a Reauthorize button will be available. This error could also manifest in creating a work order that is associated with a QuickBooks account.
If JM is connected to a Quickbooks account, it will automate work order invoicing. When those invoices are marked as paid in Quickbooks, it syncs the information with JM. This Profit/Loss report displays the chosen period of time in the Start and End Dates based on how much you have billed and compares it to your expenses.
