Completing Quality Checks
- On JM Connect, select the My Quality Checks icon.
- Swipe to the left of a Quality Check and select the Check Mark.
- Select View Steps on an area.
- There are two ways to add ratings to steps:
- Tap Select Rating to choose an option from the dropdown or enter a number (based on the selected Rating Scale).
- Tap the step name to rate it individually. Photos and comments can be attached to the step from this screen.
- Tap Select Rating to choose an option from the dropdown or enter a number (based on the selected Rating Scale).
- Select Save Rating to save changes.
- If multiple areas are added to the quality check, use the left and right arrows to navigate between them.
- Switching areas will automatically save ratings for the previous area.
- Once all the steps have been rated, select Complete Quality Check.
Adding Photos
- Tap the step name when performing the quality check.
- Select Add Media.
- Photos can be uploaded from the device gallery or taken with the camera.
- Take or upload a photo. Select Ok to confirm the photo and attach it to the step.
- Select Retry to retake/reupload the photo.
- Select Save & Submit to update the step.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add multiple photos to the quality check.
Adding Notes
Notes can be added at the step, area, and overall level. Any notes/comments will be visible on the quality check summary.
Adding Signatures
Signatures can be added to completed inspections. Signatures are visible on the quality check summary.
- On JM Connect, view a completed quality check.
- Select Add Signature.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Title - The title role, or job of the signee.
- Name - The name of the signee.
- Add a signature by drawing on the device screen using your finger or stylus.
- Select Save to add the signature.
Emailing Quality Check Summaries
Quality Check Summaries can be emailed directly from JM Connect.
- In JM Connect, select the Manage Quality Checks icon.
- Swipe left on a quality check to view more options.
- Select the Email (envelope) icon.
- Select who the summary should be emailed to.
- Employees - Sends the summary to the selected employee's email address(es).
- Other Email - Sends the summary to the entered email address.
- Send to Client - Sends the summary to the Location's Primary Contact email address.
- Select Send.
Filtering Quality Checks
Quality Checks can be sorted by status and date and filtered by date range.
To access filtering settings, select the Filter icon in the top-righthand corner.
FAQ
Question: How do I add more signatures to a quality check?
Answer: Up to 3 signatures can be added to a quality check by default. To edit the amount of available signature slots, please contact a customer support representative or your account manager.
Question: Can this feature be used without internet connection?
Answer: Yes, once downloaded, quality checks can be completed offline. An internet connection is only needed to download and sync them.
