Managing Quality Checks on JM Connect
Quality Checks can be easily managed using the JM Connect mobile app. Selecting the Manage Quality Checks icon allows users to add, edit, and delete Quality Checks.
Adding Quality Checks
- On JM Connect, select Manage Quality Checks.
- Select the + (Plus) icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
- Scheduled Quality Check Date* - The date that the Quality Check is scheduled to be completed.
- Customer & Location* - The site of the Quality Check.
- On Demand - If enabled, inspectors can select which areas they will inspect once they begin the Quality Check.

Client Area - The area(s) that will receive the Quality Check. If no areas are selected, all Client Areas for the chosen location will be selected as a default. Client Areas determine the checklist associated with the Quality Check.
Areas must be created for a location before they can be selected in the dropdown. Click here to learn more about creating Areas. - Inspector* - The employee conducting the Quality Check. Employees must be marked as Trained on a location to be added as the Inspector.
- Rating Scale* - The scale that the inspector will use to grade the Quality Check.

Scoring Scale* - The scale used to calculate the overall score for the Quality Check. If the Scoring Scale has a Follow-up fail action, the fields below will become optional.
- Service Level Agreement - If selected, the any follow-up work orders will have this SLA attached.
- SLA Recipient(s) - If the SLA is violated, these recipients will receive an email alert. Multiple addresses can be added (comma separated).
- Job Class - The work order will be open for any user with the selected Job Class.
- Employee - The work order will be assigned to the selected employee.
- Select Save to confirm the information and add the Quality Check.
Editing Quality Checks
Quality Checks in the New status can be edited.
- Swipe left on a New Quality Check and select the Edit Pencil.
- Edit the information.
- Select Save to confirm changes.
Deleting Quality Checks
- Swipe left on a Quality Check and select the Trash Can.
- When prompted, select Yes to continue with the deletion.
- The Quality Check will be deleted and removed from the list.
Statuses
Quality Checks can have any of the following statuses:
- New - The Quality Check has not been started by the inspector. New Quality Checks can be edited.
- In Progress - The Quality Check has been started by the inspector.
- Completed - The Quality Check has been marked as Complete by the inspector.
