Scheduling Open Quality Checks
From the web:
One-time:
- Go to Inspections > Manage Quality Checks.
- Click + Add Quality Check.
- Fill out the form and choose Open as the Inspection Type.
- Click Save.
Recurring:
- Go to Inspections > Manage Quality Checks.
- Open the Recurring tab and click + Add Recurring Quality Check.
- Fill out the form and choose Open as the Inspection Type.
- Click Save.
From JM Connect:
- On JM Connect, open Manage Quality Checks.
- Tap the +.
- Fill out the form and choose Open as the Inspection Type.
- Tap Save.
Claiming Open Quality Checks
- On JM Connect, open My Quality Checks.
- Tap the Open Quality Checks tab. Any open quality checks will be visible.
- Tap Claim to add yourself as the Inspector for that quality check.
- Claimed Quality Checks will move to the My Quality Check tab.

This notification is received by any user who is marked as trained on the location and has My Quality Checks enabled in Security Groups. The notification is sent as soon as the open quality check is scheduled. |

This notification is received by managers who are marked as trained on the location and have My Quality Checks enabled in Security Groups. The notification is sent when a user claims an open quality check. |
