Quality Checks can be completed offline on JM Connect. Offline Quality Checks allow work to be done even if there is an unstable or missing internet connection.
A Quality Check must be in the In Progress status to be able to download.
- On JM Connect, tap My Quality Checks.
- Swipe left on an In Progress Quality Check and select the Download icon.
- Once downloaded, the Quality Check will move to the Downloaded list. To access it, select the menu icon in the top right-hand corner and choose View Downloaded.
- Swipe left on the downloaded Quality Check to see action items.
- Selecting the Sync icon will update the online Quality Check. There must be an internet connection present to perform this action.
- Selecting the Trash Can icon will remove the Quality Check from the downloaded list.
- Selecting the Check Mark will begin the Quality Check.
