On Demand Quality Checks

On Demand Quality Checks let inspectors schedule checks without pre-assigning areas. Once started, the user selects areas to include in the inspection. This can be useful for sudden or unplanned walkthroughs.

When scheduling a quality check on the web or JM Connect, enable On Demand. 

Completing On Demand Quality Checks

On JM Connect

1. Select the My Quality Checks icon.
2. Swipe left on an On Demand quality check and select the Check Mark.
   
   • On Demand quality checks will be tagged.
     
3. All areas at the scheduled location will be visible. Select + Add Area to include it in the quality check.
   
4. Select View Steps to view and rate the area.
   
5. Select the Back Arrow to return to the Area list.  Repeat from step #3 until all desired areas have been completed.
6. Select Complete Quality Check to finish the inspection.

On the Web

1. Go to Inspections > Manage Quality Checks.
2. Select the Start button in the Actions column for an On Demand Quality Check.
   • On Demand quality checks will be tagged.

3. All areas at the scheduled location will be visible. Select + Add Area to include it in the quality check.

   
4. Select Show Steps to view and rate the area.
   
5. Repeat from step #3 until all desired areas have been completed.
6. Select Complete Quality Check at the top of the screen to finish the inspection.
