QR Code Reports
The QR Code feature has several different reports to best suit your needs. Knowing what reports are available helps you in understanding your options.
There are two different versions of QR Codes within Janitorial Manager: Employee Scan and Area Scan. Some reports are only available for either version.
Available for All
Summary by Day
Reports > QR Area Reports or Employee QR Scan Reports > Area Status Report
The Summary by Day report is available for all accounts using QR Codes.
The report shows how many scans were done in an area per day.
Selecting the scan amount shows additional information, such as the area name, area type, employee, scan time (duration), start and end times, and task list information.
Selecting the Send Report button will automatically send the QR Email Report to the recipients to any area currently being viewed on the report.
This report can be exported to PDF or CSV.
Area Feedback Report
Reports > Public Scan Reports > Area Feedback Reports
The Area Feedback report is available to all accounts using QR Codes.
The report will show information about feedback left of Feedback codes. To utilize the report:
- Select the Areas button in the Actions column for the desired location.
- Select the Feedbacks button.
- The report will show when the feedback was left, the feedback score, and the comments left.
QR Email Report
The QR Email Report is available to all accounts using QR Codes.
The email is sent to Customer Portal users connected to a location. If no Customer Portal user is found, the email will be sent to the location's Primary Contact email address.
Setup Note: If you are the account owner of Janitorial Manager and your email address is listed under the Manage Account > General Subtab, you will not receive this report. It is suggested that you use a different email address.
If the location has scanned areas within a 24-hour period, the report will be automatically emailed to the recipient at the end of the day. The Janitorial Manager account owner will be listed as the email's sender.
The email includes information about the cleaning start and end times, duration, and employee. Viewing the attached PDF also includes area square feet.
Area Summary Detail
The Area Summary Detail report shows each area's in-use status, last clean, and last usage data. It also shows additional information about each area, such as the area type, scan type, and sq. ft.
Area Scan Reports
Area Status
Reports > QR Area Reports > Area Status Report
The Area Status report is available for accounts using Area Scan.
The report shows a graphic view of the total number of areas in the system, the total cleaned, and the total not cleaned.
Users are also able to see the location name, area name, area status (clean or not clean), who last cleaned the area, and who last used the area.
Area Status History
Reports > QR Area Reports > Area Status History
The Area Status History report is available for accounts using Area Scan.
The report shows the area name, area type, location, scan date and time, scan type, who scanned the code, and the clean/used status at the time of the scan.
This report can be exported to Excel, PDF, or CSV.
Area Scan Status Report
Reports > Checklist > Status Report > Area Scan Report
The Area Scan Status report is available for accounts using Area Scan.
The report shows the customer, location, date and time, area, cleaning status, usage status, and employee. It also shows additional information about the checklist, such as task names and completion status.
This report can be exported to Excel.
Employee Scan Reports
Employee Area Scan
Reports > Employee QR Scan Reports > Employee Scan Area
The Employee Area Scan report is available for accounts using Employee Scan.
The report shows the location name, area name, square feet, scan time, start and end time, cleaning duration, and completion status. Additionally, the report shows information regarding the task list, such as the number of tasks completed or skipped.
This report can be exported to Excel.

Status - Defines the current state of the scan:
- Started - An employee has scanned the QR Code and selected Start Cleaning.
- Completed - An employee manually closed the scan (selected End Cleaning).
- Auto Completed - The Scan reached the Tasklist Reset threshold and was closed automatically.
- # Employees - The number of employees who marked a task on the scan.
- # Task - The number of tasks included on the Area's checklist.
- # Skipped - The number of tasks marked as Skipped.
- # Completed - The number of tasks marked as Completed.
- Completion (%) - The percentage of completed tasks (# Completed / # Tasks).
Employee Scan Timeline
Reports > Employee QR Scan Reports > Employee Scan Timeline
The Employee Scan Timeline report is available for accounts using Employee Scan.
The report shows the employee, source and destination area, start and end time, and the duration between source and destination areas.
It can be used to view the length of time employees/users spend in between scanning QR Codes.
Employee Area Scan Timecard
Reports > Employee QR Scan Reports > Employee Scan Timecard
The Employee Area Scan Timecard report is available for accounts using Employee Scan.
The report shows the location name, area name, scan type, square feet, employee, starting and ending times, cleaning duration, attached images, comments, and task amount. It can be used to view more information about the task list, such as when the task was completed, who completed it, and if it was mandatory or optional.
This report can be exported to Excel.
Employee Area Scan Punch
Reports > Employee QR Scan Reports > Employee Area Scan Punch
The Employee Area Scan Punch report is available to accounts using Employee Scan.
The report shows the employee name, location name, area name, type (start cleaning/end cleaning), and the date and time of the scan.
This report can be exported to Excel.
Summary by Task
Reports > Employee QR Scan Reports > Summary by Task
The Summary by Task report is available to accounts using Employee Scan. This report is used to see the number of times a task was completed within a date range.
The report shows the task name, customer name, location name, number of times completed within a date range, last completion date, and the last employee to complete it.
This report can be exported to Excel.
Employee Scan Status Report
Reports > Checklist > Status Report > Employee Scan Report
The Employee Scan Status report is available for accounts using Employee Scan.
The report shows the location, area, start and end times, and cleaning duration. It also shows additional information about the checklist, such as task names and completion status.
This report can be exported to Excel.
