Forgot Password on JM Connect
JM Connect now offers a Forgot Password option for Employees on the login page.
Employees can reset their passwords if they can enter the required information.
To reset a password, select Employee to sign in. Then select Forgot Password?
The information required to set a new password is Username, Last 4 digits of SSN, Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY), and Phone Number.
Tip: If you do not have all of this information, or if the information does not match the records on file, please contact your supervisor.
This will allow the employee to login without entering a password. Contact your supervisor to CHANGE your password.
