• Is this happening for all inspectors or a specific inspector? Please specify what inspector if not all. 
  
• Is this happening at all locations or specific ones? Please specify what locations if not all. 
  
• What make/model is the phone of the inspector who is sending the pictures?
  
• Does the phone have the most recent app update and is up to date on the software?
