How many inspections can I make?
There is no limit to how many inspections you can have on JM and no limit to the number of inspectors on your account.
Do I need to make an inspection template for every location?
Inspections can be generic and cover many types of customer layouts, or they can be specific to locations. You have the ability to customize your approach to inspections.
I can’t see the inspection on the mobile app.
This could be 1 of 2 factors.
- The App needs to be synced
- Use the app settings menu and select Data Sync
- Sync the Inspections
- When you return to the View Inspections screen, the inspections enabled to display on mobile will be updated
- The inspection needs to be enabled to display on mobile
- If the inspection is not enabled to display on mobile, edit the inspection on the JM website and fill in the Display on Mobile checkbox.
- Save the inspection
- Re-sync the app as described in the previous troubleshooting step.
