Employee, Location, and Client Messages can be automatically translated to an employee's preferred language on JM Connect.

Enabling Languages
Any enabled languages will be included as an option for message translation.
- On the web portal, go to Gear icon > Manage Account.
- Select the Language tab.
- Enable any language to be included for message translation.
Setting Employee Language
An employee language must be set to use message translation on JM Connect.
- Go to Employees > Manage Employees.
- Select the Edit Pencil in the Actions column for an employee.
- Select the User Settings tab.
- In the Switch Language dropdown, select a language.
- Select Save to confirm changes.
Message Translation
Messages on JM Connect
Employees will automatically receive any Employee, Location, or Client Messages in their selected language. Messages sent will automatically be translated into the receiving user's language.
Translation example using Location Message:
Malisa's language is set to English and Sade's language is Spanish. Malisa sent a location message in English and Sade responded in Spanish.
From Sade's view, all messages are in Spanish. From Malisa's view, all messages are in English.

Messages on the Web
Location and Client Messages can be translated when viewed on the web portal.
- Go to Customers > Location Details.
- Select the customer and location from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Location or Client Messages tab.
- Select a language from the dropdown to translate on-screen messages.
