When to use Multiple Wages
Multiple wages should be set up if any of the following apply:
- An employee is paid differently based on their role on a job.
- Ex. An employee is paid $15 an hour when performing regular duties but paid $20 an hour working as an inspector.
- Employees are paid different rates depending on the location.
- Admins want to filter certain reports by internal roles.

An employee's default wage is their primary job class. This job class will appear first when adding the employee to an event (schedule, work order, etc.) or when clocking in on JM Connect.

Deleting Scheduled Job Classes
Job classes cannot be deleted if used in an employee's schedule. The system will provide the option to update schedules to the Default job class. Otherwise, the employees' job class can be manually adjusted by editing schedules.
