I Don't See Payroll on My Account
Are You Subscribed?
Are you subscribed to Janitorial Manager's Timekeeper functions? Check by navigating to the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Manage Account. Choose the My Subscription tab and look for Timekeeping. If the field says N/A, contact support about the Timekeeping add-on.
Do You Have Access?
To gain access to payroll functions
- Navigate to Employees > Manage Employees.
- Click the edit pencil next to the employee who needs access to payroll functions.
- Click the User Settings tab and choose the option at the bottom for Security.
- Select Account Manager for those who need to be able to process and make changes to your payroll.
- Payroll options will be available on the next sign in to Janitorial Manager.
