Update Billing Info
Manage the credit card you are billed on, and change it by following these steps:
- Settings (gear icon) > Manage Account
- Verify that all info on the General information page is correct
- Select the BILLING sub-tab
- Update the credit card on file as well as the billing address information and click save
- Your payment will process immediately after clicking Save
**If your account is suspended due to failed payment, the account owner should log in on the web portal, and they will be automatically directed to the billing page to update credit card information.
