Accessing Audit Logs
Audit log access is enabled by feature within employee portal security settings.
- On the web portal, go to Employees > Manage Employees.
- Click the Edit Pencil in the Actions column for an employee.
- Open the User Settings tab, then click Portal Security.
- Enable Audit Log Reader for the related section.
- Save the page to confirm changes.
Employee Audit Log
Reports > Employees > Employee Audit Log
This report details changes to employee records, including old and new values, modifier, and timestamp. Records with the same Ref. ID were modified together.
Timekeeping Audit Log
Reports > Time > Audit Log Report
This report does not require Audit Log Reader security setting clearance to access.
This report details changes made to time entries.
