Users must be marked as a Quality Check Manager in their Security Settings to view the following reports.

All timestamps on quality check reports are in Eastern Standard Time.

Quality Check Dashboard

Dashboards > Quality Check Dashboard

Users must have the Quality Check Dashboard Reader security setting enabled to view this report.

This dashboard shows metrics and key performance indicators for quality checks within the date range, including the average inspection score, top and bottom locations, and top failed tasks.

Employee QC Performance Report

Reports > Quality Checks > Employee QC Performance

This report shows the average Quality Check score for a location by month, per tagged employee. Employees are only visible from this report if they are tagged on the Quality Check.

Expanding the details will show the rating scale, scoring scale, scheduled date, and score. Selecting the reference number will open a copy of the Quality Check summary.

Inspected Areas Report

Reports > Quality Checks > Inspected Areas

This report shows which areas have been inspected within a date range.

Expanding a row on the report shows who last inspected the area, the date of the last inspection, and the related Quality Check reference number. Clicking on the reference number opens the Quality Check Summary.

Quality Check Average Score Report

Reports > Quality Checks > Quality Check Avg Score

This report shows the Quality Check score averages for a location by month, including the score differences and total inspections being averaged.

Failed Tasks Report

Reports > Quality Checks > Failed Tasks Report

This report shows which tasks have failed within a date range. The Fail Rate (%) shows the fail-to-pass ratio.

Expanding a line item shows details on when the task last failed, who last inspected it, and links to the associated quality check.

Inspected Area Average Score Report

Reports > Quality Checks > Inspected Area Average Score

This report shows an area's average score for a date range.

Expanding a line item shows details of the area's completed quality checks.

Scan2Inspect Area Report

Reports > Quality Checks > Scan2Inspect Area Report

View details for Scan2Inspect quality checks, including start time, end time, and total duration per area.

FAQ

Question: My company uses a third-party data visualizer (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to view inspection metrics/KPIs. Can quality check data be exported?

Answer: Yes, most quality check reports can be exported to Excel. Quality check details can also be pulled using our open API.
