Inspections Retiring March 1st, 2026

Janitorial Manager's Inspections feature will retire on March 1, 2026. On that date, existing inspections will become read-only.

The 'Janitorial Manager' (Inspections) app will be unavailable to download from the App Store and Google Play after March 1st, 2026.

This does not affect JM Connect or our Quality Checks feature. Customers using Inspections are highly encouraged to implement quality checks.

Can I still access my previously completed inspections?

Yes, existing inspections will remain accessible from the web portal.

Can I still complete inspections on the web portal?

No. Any existing inspections will become read-only. Inspections cannot be created, completed, edited, deleted, or emailed after the feature is retired.

I do not use the Inspections feature. Can I remove it from my account?

Yes. Contact Customer Support or your Account Manager to remove the feature.
