Awards, attendance incidents, and performance issues can be recorded per employee.

Employee Awards
- On the web portal, go to Employee > Employee Details and choose an employee.
- Open the Awards tab, then click + Add Award.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Manager* - Who the employee reports to.
- Type* - Employee award, other, promotion, raise, or verbal.
- Event Date* - When the award was presented, or when the event occurred.
- Letter Issued?
- Notes - Any text related to the event.
- Click Save to record the award.
Attendance Incidents
Web
- On the web portal, go to Employee > Employee Details and choose an employee.
- Open the Attendance Incidents tab, then click + Add Attendance Incident.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Manager* - Who the employee reports to.
- Incident Type* - Call off, no-call no-show, left early, etc.
- Incident Date* - When the incident occurred.
- Action Taken* - None, first warning, second warning, final warning, termination.
- Letter Issued?
- Notes - Any text related to the incident.
- Click Save to record the incident.
JM Connect
- On JM Connect, tap the Employee Directory icon.
- Swipe left on an employee and tap the Calendar icon.
- Fill in the information.
- Tap Save to record the incident.
Job Performance Incidents
- On the web portal, go to Employee > Employee Details and choose an employee.
- Open the Performance Incidents tab, then click + Add Performance Incident.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Manager* - Who the employee reports to.
- Incident Type* - Client complaint, competence, insubordination, other, peer complaint.
- Incident Date* - When the incident occurred.
- Action Taken* - None, first warning, second warning, final warning, termination.
- Letter Issued?
- Notes - Any text related to the incident.
- Click Save to record the incident.
Performance Tracking Report
Employees > Performance Tracking
The Performance Tracking report shows a summary of all events recorded per year or month.
