Rounding
There are two ways to round shifts within your JM Timekeeping. You may consistently round all hours at a specific location, and you may round selectively by editing specific employee shifts before you run payroll.
Payroll overtime is based on rounded time, not actual time.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Question: Why can't I make any changes to shifts on the Timecard Rounding report?
Answer: Timecards within a processed payroll cannot be edited. To make changes, rollback the payroll cycle, then reprocess the cycle to update the Payroll reports.
Question: Will rounding affect my fixed rate schedules?
Answer: No. If a fixed rate has been applied to a schedule, Location and Employee rounding will not affect the paid amount for that shift.
