Users can record the usage of a piece of Equipment using the Equipment Tracking System.

Enabling Usage Tracking
Usage Tracking must be enabled per piece of equipment.
- On the portal site, navigate to Tools > Equipment Tracking System.
- Select the Equipment tab.
- Select the Edit Pencil in the Actions column for a piece of Equipment.
- Under Settings, enable Track Usage.
- Select Save to confirm changes.
Adding Usage from JM Connect
- In JM Connect, select the Equipment icon.
- Scan the QR code on a piece of equipment.
- Select + Add Activity, then select Usage in the Type dropdown.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are labeled with an asterisk (*).
- Customer* - The Customer at where the equipment was used.
- Location* - The Location where the equipment was used.
- Usage Date/Time * - The date/time the equipment was used.

Usage Amount* - The amount that the equipment was used. This is based on the equipment's Usage UOM.
As an example, if the Usage Capacity UOM is set to Gallon, the usage amount on JM Connect will show as Gallon(s). - Usage Notes - Any notes relevant to the equipment usage.
- Select Save Usage to record the data.
Editing & Deleting Usage
In ETS, go to Equipment > Edit Equipment > Usage.
Editing Usage
- Click the Edit Pencil in the Action column.
- Edit the Usage Amount.
- Click the Save button in the Action column.
Deleting Usage
- Click the Trash Can button in the Action column.
- Confirm the prompt to delete the record.
- This action cannot be reversed.
Viewing Usage Data
Individual Equipment
- In ETS, open the Equipment tab.
- Click the Edit Pencil in the Actions column for a piece of equipment.
- Open the Usage subtab.
Usage Report
This page shows usage data for all equipment.
- In ETS, open the Reports tab.
- Open the Usage subtab.
