Instructions, such as manuals and safety information, can be attached to equipment and viewed on JM Connect.

Adding Instructions

Multiple instructions can be added to a piece of equipment.

1. On the web portal, go to Tools > Equipment Tracking System.
2. Open the Equipment tab and click the Edit Pencil for a piece of equipment.
3. Open the Instructions subtab.
4. Click + New Instruction.
5. Add the required fields.
   • Title - Instructional media name.
   • Description - A brief explanation of the instruction type.
   • File - Click Upload to choose and attach a file.
     • Valid file types include images, videos, and PDFs. There is no size limit, though larger files may take longer to load.
6. Click Save to upload the instructions.

Viewing Instructions

Instructions can be viewed from JM Connect.

1. On JM Connect, tap the My Equipment icon and scan the equipment's QR code.
2. Tap the Instructions tab.
3. Tap the Instruction to open and view the file.
