Instructions, such as manuals and safety information, can be attached to equipment and viewed on JM Connect.
Adding Instructions
Multiple instructions can be added to a piece of equipment.
- On the web portal, go to Tools > Equipment Tracking System.
- Open the Equipment tab and click the Edit Pencil for a piece of equipment.
- Open the Instructions subtab.
- Click + New Instruction.
- Add the required fields.
- Title - Instructional media name.
- Description - A brief explanation of the instruction type.

File - Click Upload to choose and attach a file.
- Valid file types include images, videos, and PDFs. There is no size limit, though larger files may take longer to load.
- Click Save to upload the instructions.
Viewing Instructions
Instructions can be viewed from JM Connect.
- On JM Connect, tap the My Equipment icon and scan the equipment's QR code.
- Tap the Instructions tab.
- Tap the Instruction to open and view the file.
