How Do I Turn Off Alerts for One Day Only?
You can turn off all alerts for a specific day by deleting all of the schedules for that day.
Deleting the Schedules
1. Go to the Customers tab and select Manage Schedule.
2. Update the filters for Start Date and the End Date for the day(s) that you don't want to receive any alerts.
3. On the top left side, select the top checkbox so that it selects the entire list.
4. Click Delete on the right side.
5. You will get a prompt that will ask if you're sure you want to delete the schedules. Click OK.
