No Supplies are Showing in Mobile Supply Request
Are you Trained?
If you're trying to enter a supply request in JM Connect and no supplies are visible, you may not be trained in that location within the settings of the JM account.
When performing supply requests, employees will only see supplies assigned to locations they are marked as trained on.
To train an employee on a location, click here.
Are the supply items assigned to the location?
If the employee is assigned to the location and does not see the list of supplies, ensure that the proper supplies are assigned to the location by following this guide under the section for Inventory Supply Items
