Checklists can be added to locations, are accessible to employees after clocking into the location from JM Connect.

Creating Checklists
Checklists are available on JM Connect as soon as they're created.
- Go to Customers > Manage Locations.
- Click the Edit Pencil in the Actions column for a location.
- Open the Checklist subtab.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Name* - Checklist title.
- Description - Brief summary of the checklist (e.g., when it's used).
- Make Day Specific? - The checklist will only be visible to clocked-in users on the chosen days.
- Click Save to add the checklist.
Adding & Editing Tasks
Adding Tasks
- Click the Tasks button in the Actions column for an existing checklist.
- Click + Add New.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)

Add in Bulk or Add One at a Time*

Add in Bulk - Separate lines will be added as individual tasks. This is used to add several tasks at once.
- Add One at a Time - Add a single task.

- Task* - Task name.
- Instructions - Task description or additional details.
- Mandatory or Optional* - When completing checklists on JM Connect, all Mandatory tasks must be completed to complete the checklist. Optional tasks can be marked Skipped.

- Click Save to confirm.
Editing Tasks
- Click the Edit Pencil in the Actions column for an existing checklist.
- Use the arrows in the Sequence column to change the task order.
- Click the Edit Pencil in the Actions column on a task.
- Update the information.
- Click Save to confirm.
Copying Checklists
Existing Global checklists can be added to locations.
Global Checklists
- On Location Maintenance, open the Checklist tab.
- Enable Show Global Checklists.
- Global checklist names are bold.
- Click Copy in the Actions column on a global checklist.
- The checklist will be copied to the location.
Duplicating Checklists
- On Location Maintenance, open the Checklist tab.
- Click Copy in the Actions column on a checklist.
- The checklist will be duplicated.
Editing & Deleting Checklists
Editing
- On Location Maintenance, open the Checklist tab.
- Click the Edit Pencil in the Actions column.
- Update the fields.
- Click Save to confirm.
Deleting
Deleted checklists cannot be recovered.
- On Location Maintenance, open the Checklist tab.
- Click the X button in the Actions column.
- Confirm the prompt to permanently delete the checklist.
Printing Checklists
Printed checklists are useful for employees without internet access or mobile devices.
- On Location Maintenance, open the Checklist tab.
- Click the Print button in the Actions column for a checklist.
- The checklist will save as a PDF, and includes the company logo, task names, and descriptions.
