Checklist Reports
The following reports show details on location, work order, and area checklists. All reports can be exported to Excel.
Work Order Checklist Status
Reports > Checklists > Status Report > Work Order Checklist Status
The Work Order Checklist Status report shows details for checklists attached to work orders. Expanding a line item shows individual task names and comments.
Timekeeper Checklist Status
Reports > Checklists > Status Report > Timekeeper Checklist Status
The Timekeeper Checklist Status report shows details for location checklists. The Start Date shows when the checklist was made available at the location.
Expanding a line item shows individual task details, including the status, any remarks/comments, and the employee name.
Area Scan Report
Reports > Checklists > Status Report > Area Scan Report
The Area Scan Report shows details for Area checklists using Location Scan. User Type defines if the area was accessed through JM Connect or by the public.
- Employee User Type - The area was updated by an employee using Area Scan on JM Connect.
- Customer User Type - The area's Cleaning Status was updated with an Area Status QR Code.
Expanding a line item shows individual task names and attached media (if any).
Employee Scan Report

The Employee Scan Report shows details for Area checklists using Employee Scan. Expanding a line item shows individual task names and attached media (if any).
