Disclaimer
Enabling the Quality Check feature in the Customer Portal offers high transparency but may not suit all locations, as some companies prefer to review inspections before sharing results with clients. Please review the information below before enabling the feature.
Enabling Quality Checks for Customer Portal
This feature must be enabled per location.
- On the web portal, go to Customers > Manage Locations.
- Select the Edit Pencil in the Actions column on a location.
- Select the Portal subtab.
- Select Enable Quality Checks Feature.
Viewing Quality Checks in the Customer Portal
Customers can access results for all quality checks completed at their location. The following describes how your client would access the information using their customer portal credentials.
Quality checks can also be exported to Excel.
- Log in to the Customer Portal and choose a location.
- Open the Quality Checks tab. The following information will be visible:
- Inspector name
- Schedule date
- Completed date and time
- Quality check overall score
- Inspected area names
- Overall notes
- Click View to see more detail. In addition the the previous information, the following will be visible:
- Area names and overall scores
- Step names and ratings
- Step comments/notes
- Step images/photos
