Reports and Views in IMS

Inventory Management System (IMS) offers detailed reports to keep you updated on your supplies.

Dashboard	Open Orders
Inventory Snapshot	Open Requests
Inventory by Date Range	Below Reorders
Stock Adjustment/Ledger

Dashboard

The Dashboard shows an overview of certain activities within IMS.

To access the Dashboard:

Go to Inventory > Inventory Management System.
Open the Dashboard tab. There are four sections:
- Recent Actions - Lists where recent actions were made in IMS. Selecting the Eye icon will open the page where the change was made.
- Open Orders - Lists any open supply orders in the system and includes the order number, stock area, supplier, order date, and status. Selecting the Eye icon will open the order page.
- Open Requests - Lists any open supply requests and includes the customer, location, date, and request status. Selecting the Eye icon opens the supply request.
- Below Reorders - List any supply items that are below the reorder level. Selecting the Eye icon will open the stock area.
Click Refresh to reload data.

Reports

From within IMS, navigate to the Reports tab.
Each report will have an individual subtab.

Inventory Snapshot

The Inventory Snapshot Report shows balances by Month to Date or Year to Date. The snapshot includes beginning inventory, purchased/transferred in, used/issued, and ending inventory balances. This data includes all transactions with IMS.

Detailed information can be filtered by customer, branch, location, and stock area.

This information can be exported to PDF and Excel.

Inventory by Date Range

The Inventory by Date Range Report displays inventory data for the select time period. The report includes beginning inventory, purchased/transferred in, used/issued, and ending inventory balances.

Information can be filtered by customer, branch, location, and stock area.

This report can be exported to Excel and PDF.

Stock Adjustment/Ledger

The Inventory Stock Adjustment/Ledger Report displays how and why the Supply Item quantity on hand has changed.

Selecting the Search bar will allow information to be filtered by source stock area, destination stock area, supply item, tag master, and supply order.

This report can be exported to PDF and Excel.

Open Orders

The Open Orders Report shows any pending supply orders across IMS. Selecting the Eye icon opens the supply order.

Below Reorders

The Below Reorder Report shows any supplies that are currently below the reordering level. Selecting the Eye icon opens the stock area.
