Supply Usages in IMS
Supply Usage can be used to mark items as consumed between reconciliations.

Adding New Supply Usages
- Go to Inventory > Inventory Management System.
- Open the Supply Usages tab.
- Click + New Supply Usage.
- Fill in the information. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Customer*
- Location*
- Stock Area*
- Notes
- Select Save to add the supply usage.
Viewing & Reversing Usages
To view Supply Usage detail:
- From within IMS, open the Supply Usages tab.
- Click the Edit Pencil in the Action column on a record.
- The Details subtab shows the customer, location, stock areas, and notes.
- The Supply Usage Items subtab shows supply items that were included in the usage.
To reverse Supply Usages:
- From within IMS, open the Supply Usages tab.
- Click the Reverse icon in the Action column on a record.
- Confirm the prompt.
Supply Usages generated from Work Orders cannot be reversed.
Work Order Usages
Work Orders with a selected Stock Area will appear under Supply Usages.
Any Supply Usage generated from a Work Order will have the WO tab next to the stock area name.
To view Work Order usage detail:
- From within IMS, select the Supply Usages tab.
- Click the Edit Pencil for a Supply Usage with the WO tag.
- Open the Work Order subtab.
- The Work Order section will show general information, such as the location, status, scheduled and completed times, and service fee for the Work Order.
- The Labor Cost and Supply Cost subtabs will show information regarding employees who were added to the work order, and the supply items attached.
