Tags help group and filter supplies. Common examples include PPE, liners, and paper. Tags can be used to find items faster on JM Connect.

Creating Tags
- On the web portal, go to Inventory > Inventory Management System > Settings > Supply Item Tags.
- Click + New Tag.
- Enter the tag Name and optional Notes (not visible on mobile).
- Click Save.
Deactivating Tags
- In IMS, go to Settings > Supply Item Tags.
- Click the toggle in the Active column.
Using Tags on JM Connect
In JM Connect, use tagging to aid in quickly locating items in Express Orders, Supply Requests, and Reconciliation.
Express Order
To Filter in an Express Order:
- Log in to JM Connect
- Click Express Order
- Select a Stock Area
- Click the Filter button
- Select a Filter and click Apply
- Select desired items to add to Express Order
Supply Request
To Filter in a Supply Request:
- Log in to JM Connect
- Click Supply Request
- Click the Plus icon
- Click the Filter button
- Select a Filter and click Apply
- Select desired items to add to Supply Request
Reconciliation
To Filter in a Reconciliation:
- Log in to JM Connect
- Click Reconciliation
- Click the Plus icon
- Click the Filter button
- Select a Filter and click Apply
- Select desired items to add to Reconciliation
