Email A Bid Proposal

Custom Bids created in JM can be distributed to customers via email.

Getting Started

1. Login to JM
2. Navigate to Tools > Bid Calculator
3. Current Bids are displayed
4. For Bids that are complete, clicking the Email icon will open a new Email window and the Bid can be sent directly.
5. To complete a Bid and Email, click the Edit pencil next to the desired bid
6. Make necessary edits and click Next
7. Complete Status information and click Save or Print Bid.
8. Select a Template from the drop down.
9. Click Email Bid to open a new Email
10. Complete the fields and click Send
