Allow Notifications for JM Connect on your Mobile Device

iPhone

1. Navigate to the Settings icon on your iPhone
   
2. Find Notifications
   
3. Scroll down to your list of apps and find JM Connect
   
4. Switch the toggle switch to On so it turns green. Then, select the different types of notifications you would like to receive. You can also choose to enable sounds and previews below.
   
5. When messages come into JM Connect, you will now receive the notification types you have enabled in these settings.

Android

1. Navigate to your settings.
2. Locate Apps & Notifications
   
3. Select Notifications
   
4. Locate and Select JM Connect in your list of apps
   
5. Switch the toggle switch to On to Show Notifications. Choose the type of Notifications you prefer to receive.
