Terminating or Reactivating a Customer or Location
Terminating a Customer
To remove a customer from JM, follow these steps:
- Go to Customers > Manage Customers
- Find the customer on the list and click the X button in the actions column
- Enter a date, a reason for leaving, and notes about the customer departure for future reference
- Click Save
Terminating a Location
To remove a Location from JM, follow these steps:
- Go to Customers > Manage Locations
- Find the location on the list and click the X button in the actions column
- Enter a date, a reason for leaving, and notes about the departure for future reference
- Click Save
Reactivating a Customer
To reactivate a previously terminated Customer, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customers > Manage Customers
- Click the Checkbox for "Show Inactive" on the left side
- Find the Terminated Customer and click the circular arrow icon in the Actions Column
Reactivating a Location
To reactivate a previously terminated Location, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customers > Manage Locations
- Click the Checkbox for "Show Inactive" on the left side
- Find the Terminated Location and click the circular arrow icon in the Actions Column
