QT9 Integration for Customer Portal
This integration sends Client Portal service request details from Janitorial Manager to QT9. This is a one-way integration.
Enabling the Integration
Contact your Account Manager or a Customer Support representative to enable this integration.
Sending Data to QT9
Client Portal service requests are sent to QT9 as Customer Feedback.
Requirements:
- The Service Type must be General Complaint.
- The Location name in Janitorial Manager must match the Customer name in QT9.
Data will not sent to QT9 if these conditions are not met.
To send data to QT9:
- In the Customer Portal, select Services.
- Select + Request Services.
- Fill out the request form.
- Select Submit Request.
