Enable this integration to send completed Quality Checks from JM to Zoho CRM.

Contact your Account Manager or Customer Support Representative to enable the Zoho CRM integration for your account.
Connecting your Zoho Account
- From the portal site, navigate to the Gear Icon > Manage Account.
- Select the Zoho CRM tab.
- Select Authorize.
- Choose a CRM Organization to link to Janitorial Manager, then select Submit.
- Review the access permissions, then select Accept.
Disconnecting your Zoho Account
- From the portal site, navigate to the Gear Icon > Manage Account.
- Select the Zoho CRM tab.
- Select Deauthorize.
Mapping Locations to Accounts
Locations in Janitorial Manager must be mapped to Accounts in Zoho CRM.
- From the portal site, go Gear Icon > Manage Account.
- Open the Zoho CRM tab.
- In the Action column, map the Location in Janitorial Manager to the matching Account in Zoho.
- Choose Map to [Account Name] to map the location to the Zoho Account.
- Choose Unmap from [Account Name] to remove the mapping.
Resyncing Leads
Click Sync Leads to refresh the mapping dropdown. This can be used after adding new Zoho accounts, or if existing accounts aren't appearing.
Sending Quality Check Summaries to Zoho
Sending Quality Checks to Zoho will add the Quality Check Summary as a PDF attachment to the Zoho Account.
- Go to Inspections > Manage Quality Checks.
- In the Actions column, click Send to Zoho on a Completed Quality Check.
Only Completed Quality Checks can be sent to Zoho CRM. - If successful, the Zoho logo will be visible in the Actions column for the Quality Check.
If Send to Zoho not available on a completed quality check, confirm that the location is mapped to a Zoho account.
Viewing Quality Checks Summaries in Zoho

In Zoho CRM, open the Account tab.
- Select an account.
- On the Overview subtab, scroll down to the Attachments section. Any Quality Check summaries sent from Janitorial Manager will be listed.
- The file name for Quality Check Summaries will appear as 'Janitorial Manager Quality Check - [Quality Check Reference ID]'.
- Date Added is the timestamp of when the Quality Check was sent to Zoho.
