Active List vs Terminated List
To view your active list of customers and locations, navigate to Customers > Active List
Here you will find the customer and location name, along with the address and contact information and building code associated with each of your active locations.
You are able to filter by certain criteria on this page by dragging and dropping column headers to the top. You may want to see a list of all of your active locations within a certain city or ZIP code, or all locations per customer.
This list can be exported to PDF or Excel.
To view your terminated list of customers and locations, navigate to Customers > Terminated List
Your list of terminated locations provides the same information listed above for active locations with the deactivation date included. This is the date that you marked the location inactive within your JM account.
The same filtering rules apply as for the active list above. This report can be exported to PDF or Excel.
To get a list of all of your contacts for each customer or location, navigate to Customers > Contacts. There are check boxes for "Show Active" and "Show Inactive" to navigate between the two. This list can be sorted and filtered, and it can also exported to PDF or Excel.
