Billing & Subscription Settings
By navigating to the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner, you can access "Manage Account." From the Manage Account page, you can change the credit card your account is billed on, and also see your subscription settings to know what features you have access to and what you are paying for those features.
Manage the credit card you are billed on, and change it by following these steps:
- Account (gear icon) > Manage Account
- If you registered for Janitorial Manager via www.JanitorialManager.com, the General information page should be pre-populated with information entered during registrations. Verify that all information is correct.
- Select the BILLING tab.
- Update the credit card on file as well as the billing address information and click save.
**If your account is suspended due to failed payment, the account owner should log in, and they will be directed to the billing page to update credit card information.
Click on the My Subscription tab to get information on your subscription settings. Here you can see what you have been billed for and what add-on features are enabled on your account. If you subscribed to multiple languages, click here.
